Is this a family membership?
Each membership is for one member. Choose a separate membership for each person joining; a parent pass or additional family membership is not included in these plans.
Which plans include weekends?
Gold and Platinum are available every day. Silver is available Monday–Friday.
Does unlimited mean I can check in more than once?
Platinum includes unlimited daily jump time. The current membership rule is one visit per day across all three plans.
How does the birthday discount work?
Silver and Gold members receive 10% off birthday packages; Platinum members receive 50% off. The name must match the membership.
Can I choose a yearly membership?
The current catalog offers month-to-month plans. Three-month and yearly plans are not currently enabled.
