From “what’s the plan?”
to “one more go!”

Keep the planning simple. Give yourselves time to settle in, explore and find your own favorites.

  1. 01

    Choose your kind of day

Start with open play or a dedicated program. Check what the session includes and who it suits before choosing your time.

  2. 02

    Get ready to jump

Review your booking, waiver information and what to bring. Ask the team about any access needs before arrival.

  3. 03

    Make it your own

Listen to the briefing, explore at your pace, and make room for breaks. There’s no prize for doing everything at once.

A little less guessing.
A better day out.

A little preparation makes room for a lot more fun.

Do we need to book in advance?

Check availability for the day and session you want. Dedicated programs and group plans may have different booking arrangements, which will be shown with the final Nova offer.

What does a jump ticket include?

The booking flow should show the session length, eligible activities and any extras. Grip socks, special programs and other items may have separate requirements; review the actual details before paying.

Can I change my booking?

Read the change and cancellation terms attached to your ticket before checkout. The final Nova policy will explain deadlines, availability and any fees.

Can we use an offer for a party or membership?

Each offer should explain which products it applies to and whether it can be combined with anything else. Don’t assume a general admission promotion covers every type of booking.

What about accompanying adults?

Tell us which guests will participate and who will accompany them. The final booking details will explain spectator access and any relevant charges.
